Maaco announced the opening of a new Maaco store in O’Fallon, Missouri.

Quincy Rand, owner of Maaco in O’Fallon, has a master’s degree in business science, 20 years of dedicated service as a gunnery sergeant in the Marines, 15 years as a program manager, and 5 years as an operations director for an IT company. .

Quincey, who has a diverse background and leadership experience in the Marine Corps, said he is committed to growing the Maaco brand and providing the highest level of service to the O’Fallon community.

“We decided to join Marko because we were looking for an organization that would leave us motivated and fulfilled at the end of the day,” said Quincy Rand, owner of Marko in O’Fallon. Told. “As we continued our investigation, we realized that Maaco could help us with that effort.”

Rand said family is an important factor in how he approaches business, and he is supported by his wife, Laura, and son, Quincy Jr. Laura joins the team with her accounting background and has run her family’s coffee shop and hair salon. With her experience running a successful local small business, Laura’s expertise will be an important part of her business. Quincy’s son has a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering and brings a data analysis skillset and customer service experience to the shop.

The 12,000 square foot facility offers full service auto collision repair and is staffed by six people with experience across the automotive industry and business.

O’Fallon’s Marko plans to further connect with the surrounding community by supporting charities such as Toys for Tots and Wounded Warriors.
